Our Coach

Lukas

As the official fitness coach of In-Nae Oppem, Lukas blends personal experience, scientific expertise, and a deep passion for helping others. With a master’s degree in physics, he could have pursued a scientific career but chose to follow his true passion: helping people improve their health and fitness. His science-based approach ensures that every workout plan is grounded in research and precision.

After years of dealing with his own injuries, Lukas has become an expert in recovery and injury prevention. With over a decade of fitness experience, including three years of calisthenics, and martial arts training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Taekwon-Do, he brings a wide range of skills to his coaching.

Fluent in English and German, and speaking some French, Lukas connects with a diverse clientele. His friendly, approachable nature ensures clients feel supported every step of the way.
